By making a purchase on the ExtraSMP webstore, you automatically agree to and accept the following legally binding terms and conditions:

1. Strict Refund Policy: All transactions are final. Since the items are digital and delivered instantly, we enforce a strict NO-REFUND policy. Opening a dispute, claim, or chargeback via PayPal or any other payment gateway will result in an immediate, permanent ban from our store, server network, and Discord.

2. Server Rules Apply: Purchasing a rank, key, or package does not grant you immunity from our server rules. If you break the rules and receive a temporary or permanent ban/mute from the staff team, you will not be entitled to any form of refund or compensation.

3. Age Requirement: if you are under the age of 18, you must obtain explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian before executing any financial transaction on this store.

4. Package Adjustments: ExtraSMP reserves the right to modify, change, or balance any rank perks, commands, or item values at any time to preserve the overall game balance and server economy.
